I'm Victoria Datta, an ICF Certified Coach and Business Consultant. I have over a decade of experience working for multinational companies such as Mars and Lavazza, where I specialised in delivering transformational IT projects. My focus was on utilising the strengths of my team and building high-performing groups across various markets to support and embed significant organisational changes.
My Story
In 2017, I embarked on my coaching journey to enhance my ability to motivate and engage the people I worked with, aiming to maximise their potential and performance. This passion for helping others led me to establish Datta Services in 2023, where I now combine my extensive corporate experience with my coaching expertise to help businesses and individuals achieve their goals.
My coaching approach is built on trust, integrity, and empowerment. My mission is to help mid-level professionals overcome career barriers and achieve excellence. By using humour and asking powerful questions, I help clients reframe challenges, uncover new solutions, and realise their full potential. I keep clients accountable, ensuring they reach goals they once thought impossible.
Drawing on my experience in multinational corporations and my MBA from Henley Business School, which included a dissertation on organisational culture change in the context of acquisitions, my consulting approach is informed by hands-on experience in onboarding businesses. As a Chartered Manager, I bring insights from both a systems and business process perspective, as well as a deep understanding of the human and cultural aspects involved. I am passionate about problem-solving, and my expertise in change management and coaching contributes to enhancing employee engagement, motivation, and ultimately driving growth in the business.
